ANNOUNCING OUR NEW HALF MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM!
The popular Strider Half Marathon is August 24. We are happy to announce that the much requested half marathon training program has arrived! New for 2019, Terri Bodden RRCA Certified Coach will be leading a 12-week program beginning June 2 and taking you to race day. It will include weekly interval and strength training opportunities, Sunday long runs with guest speakers on fun topics related to your half marathon journey, and a training singlet to commemorate the journey.
