Join RRCA-certified track coaches Erin Smith and Terri Bodden for our weekly track workouts. This is NOT your typical track workout as they mix fun ideas, some strength exercises and games to help you get stronger, fitter and faster. This is FREE for Strider members and a perfect way to get faster regardless of your speed and conditioning (read: we welcome all levels of runners) and you are sure to find some new workout partners to greet you weekly.
